Before launching his entrepreneurial journey, he honed his expertise in corporate strategy and investment – first at the Boston Consulting Group [BCG], then as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, and later managing over $1 billion in assets, at Värde Partners. These experiences shaped his disciplined, analytical approach to growth and risk.

In 2013, Serge founded his first venture, Certus Capital Ltd, raising more than €700 million for institutional clients and achieving a successful exit within four years. This milestone became the foundation for a broader vision – to create not just individual successes, but an ecosystem of enduring businesses.

That vision took form as Bedrock Enterprises, a legacy-driven private equity platform that builds, acquires and nurtures companies designed to last. Under the Bedrock umbrella, Serge now oversees ventures spanning financial services, industrial engineering and energy management, all connected by shared values of financial discipline, operational excellence and long-term thinking.

As the Business Physicist, Serge applies the same precision he learned in science to entrepreneurship, combining logic, systems thinking and human insight to help others build resilient, purpose-driven enterprises that stand the test of time.
